KEROSE ENGINE DEGREASER:
FORMULA:
1.Kerose 1parts (by volume)
2.Water 4parts (by volume)
3.Liquid Dish Soap 0.25parts (by volume)

How to make:
Simply mix those igredients.

How it is work:
Kerosene can be applied as a degreaser by itself, but added liquid dish soap will work as a surfactant, helping to break down and remove the engine grease and dirt.

PS:
Use caution when using kerosene, it is flammable.

AMMONIA ENGINE DEGREASER
FORMULA:
1.Ammonia 2parts (by volume)
2.Water 2parts (by volume)
3.Liquid dish soap 1part (by volume)

How to make:
Simply mix ammonia, water, and dish soap. The mixture should be thoroughly combined in a spray bottle.

PS:
You should scrub and rinse thoroughly.

WASHING SODA ENGINE DEGREASER
FORMULA:
1.Sodium Bicarbonate or Backing Soda ¼ cup
2.Warm Water 1 gallon

TO MAKE:
Just dissolving Na2CO3 (sodium carbonate) to one gallon of warm water. Washing soda is similar to baking soda, it can be found with the laundry products in most stores. You could substitute baking soda for washing soda, but it will not clean your engine effectively.

Body Scrub
With fresh Ginger & Cinnamon scents

Formula:
1 cup sea salt (not table salt)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup almond oil or olive oil

The Process:
Mix all ingredients, then gently rub over your damp skin to slough off dry skin. Rinse with warm water.

PS:
this is body scrub, so don't used it on your face

GLASS CLEANER
Formula:
IPA 100 GR
Ammonia 20 GR
Sod Lauryl Sulfate 20 GR
TSP or STPP 40 GR
Water 820 GR

How to make:
1.Mix IPA and Ammonia with water sufficiently.
2.Mix Sod Lauryl Sulfate with water sufficiently.
3.Mix TSP / STPP with water sufficiently.
4.Mix solution (1) to (2) toss well, then slowly add (3) to (1 & 2), add water until 1000 Gr.

Formula:

3.Aquadest 44 Ml
4.Perfume (small amount)
5.Dye stuff (small amount)

Making Process:
1. Mix Aquadest with Hydrochloric Acid
2. Add Nonoxynol 2.5% solution
3. Add Perfume and Color substance.

TO MAKE :

GLASS ADHESIVE (GLASS GLUE)
materials required:
shell flour or Calcium Carbonate 100 grams
arabic gum crystal ½ ounces
whites egg 1 grains
fresh water sufficiently

To make:
arabic gum destroyed with fresh water first, flour shell and white eggs inserted into the destruction. The mixture was stirred until evenly right. After thoroughly stirring, then we successfully make a thick glass glue. Keep this glass glue in a bottle. Arabic gum for materials and crystals can be purchased at pharmacies, shell flour can be purchased at the chemicals store.

HERBAL HAIR CONDITIONERS
Herbal hair conditions has purpose to make hair more manageable and often impart a smoother and softer texture. They are especially good for those who cannot live without hot rollers, curling irons and blow dryers.

Jojoba Conditioner
Ingredients
1 cup rose floral water
1 tablespoon jojoba oil
10 drops vitamin E oil

To make:
1. In the top of a double boiler, gently warm the rose water.
2. Once rose water is warm, add jojoba oil.
3. Pour the mixture in a blender and add the vitamin E. Blend at high speed for 2 minutes.

To use:
1. Wet hair with warm water.
2. Pour the conditioner onto your hair and scalp, massaging in thoroughly.
3. For damaged hair or extra conditioning, leave on for several minutes, perhaps
while bathing.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. Shampoo lightly and rinse again with cool water.

BASIC HAIR SHAMPOO FORMULA
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of liquid castile soap
1 cup fresh water
¼ cup fresh herbs (2 tablespoons of dried herbs)
1 teaspoon of almond or apricot kernel oils
2 drops of essential oils

Making:
1. Place herbs in a clean 10-ounce glass jar with a lid.
2. Boil the fresh water and pour over the herbs.
3. Cover and let steep for 10 to 20 minutes.
4. Strain the liquid from the herbs into a bowl.
5. Add the liquid castile soap and almond or apricot kernel oils and mix thoroughly.
6. Scent with essential oils and mix again.
7. Bottle in a plastic container with a spout or a clean recycled shampoo bottle.

DETERGENT FORMULA
The materials required:

- Caustic soda (soda ash) 45 gr
- Cold water 150 cc
- 45 gr STTP
- Cold water 150 cc
- Soda Ash 105 grams (plus cold water) 300 cc (plus CMC) 30 g
- ABS 300 gr
- Perfume 3 cc
- Gilding color 1 cc

Detergent Making Process
1. Mixed caustic soda, cold water, and dye and stirred until uniform.
2. Combine STTP and cold water, is separated from the mixture of the first mixture. Stirring for a while because STTP difficult to dissolve.
3. The third mixture is Soda Ash and water, stirred until dissolved and then add CMC, stirring constantly, mix until a pasty jelly.
4. The first and second mixtures are mixed and kept churning until evenly distributed, as evenly enter the third mixture and stirring constantly.
5. Pour the mixture ABS and stirring, stirring should be diligent, thorough, and perfect. By a chemical reaction liquid turned into cream.
6. After a cold cream, add perfume/fragrance, stirring to evenly distributed throughout the cream that made.
7. Detergents packaged and ready for use.

WASHING SOAP FORMULA
The materials required:

- Solution of caustic soda 100 cc (38Be of natronloog)
- 300 cc of coconut oil
- Citronella oil 25 cc
- Material color sufficiently

Washing Soap Making Process

1. Natronloog mixed coloring to mix.
2. Pour oil little by little into the mixture, stirring constantly. Don't stop
stirring until mixture becomes thick.
3. Then add citronella oil, stirring, stirring.
4. In viscous state, mixture is poured into mould as you wish.
5. After along for 12 hours, the soap becomes frozen, open the mould, and remove
the soap from the mould. Soap ready packaged and marketed.

BODY SOAP FORMULA
Materials needed

- Caustic soda Solution(38 Be natronloog) 75 cc
- Color Material/dyes sufficiently
- Pure Milk (cow's milk) 50 cc
- 250 cc of coconut oil
- Fat cattle 100 cc liquid
- Lemongrass oil 100 cc
- Seed of perfume 5 cc
Making Process:

1. Combine ingredients caustic soda (natronloog), dyes, cow's milk together and
stir until evenly distributed.
2. At another place of coconut oil and beef fat mixed into a liquid.
3. Then pour the mixture into first mixture and while this kept churning until
becomes thick. Try to not to stop stirring. Accuracy at a time when stirring
is required for improved and longer stirring time increases the fine results
produced soap.
4. Then lemon grass with seed oil perfume (perfume) set forth in the final
mixture, stirring, stirring.
5. Put in a condensed state of the mixture in mould.
6. After a long 12 hours, the mixture is poured into mould will be frozen. Then
open the mould, be a bubble bath.

Car Shampoo Composition:
Cottoclarin or Texavon 120 gr - 150 gr
LAS 50gr
Sodium sulfate 40gr - 50 gr

Dimethicone 1cc
Carboxylic Acid 1 gr
Lexgard P 2 cc
Dyes sufficiently
Perfume / Fragrance sufficiently
Water

Equipment needed: container, stirrer. For production of 50 liter Car Shampoo could use Low Speed Mixer

Making Car Shampoo - Shampoo for Automotive

1. Sodium sulfate + 25 gr Cottoclarin stir well until the white looks
2. (1) + LAS stir well, then water added gradually stir well until dissolved
3. (2) + Foam Booster + C + Dimethicone Lexaine mix well
4. (3) + Biocide mix well
5. 1gr carboxylic acid dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
6. (4) + (5) mix well
7. Sodium sulfate + water remaining remaining mix well
8. (6) + (7) stir well and thickens
9. (8) + dyes mix well enough
10. (9) + Perfumes stir well enough
11. Set aside a few hours and ready to be packed.
